Description
- adults are gray moths 1/4 inch long
- larvae are light orange at first
- become purplish black with maturity and
- larve up to 1/4 inch
Damage
- larval feeding is similar to leafminer damage to plants
- larvae later invade stems and fruits
- invaded fruit are useless for canning purposes
